Our mission is to contribute to an active Skellefteå that develops, grows and takes responsibility from an economic, social and environmental perspective.

We do this by providing facilities for trade and industry as well as other activities that are strategically important for social development. Through this we are a resource for a sustainable and long-term development of Skellefteå. 

Since 1963, Skellefteå Industrihus has built up a large and varied portfolio of properties with both small and large companies as tenants. Our property portfolio consists of everything from industrial premises to office buildings and educational facilities. Skellefteå Industrihus owns all buildings on the Skellefteå Campus, which is the hub of higher education in the municipality.

The company is wholly owned by Skellefteå Stadshus AB, which is in turn wholly owned by Skellefteå municipality. Skellefteå Industrihus owns, manages and develops around 17 properties. The total area is about 113,000 square meters.
